Gant Pratt

With over 7 years of industry experience, Gant has been instrumental in leading the development teams behind the proprietary systems that power Preferred Compliance Solutions. From streamlining tenant certification workflows to modernizing the platforms that site staff rely on every day, he has helped shape the technology that sets Preferred Compliance Solutions apart in the affordable housing industry.

Today, Gant is focused on leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance, not replace, the human connections at the heart of the compliance process. By integrating AI thoughtfully into Preferred Compliance Solutions' systems, he is helping site staff work smarter and reducing manual effort, giving teams more time to focus on what matters most: the people they serve. A believer that technology should serve people first, Gant pours that conviction into building tools that empower site staff and open doors for the families seeking a place to call home.

Outside of work, Gant calls Florida home with his wife and two children. Whether he is on the water with a fly rod in hand chasing redfish on the flats or on his hobby farm teaching his kids a simpler way of living, he finds his balance in the spaces where family, nature, and tradition come together.
