Pillars of the Industry Award-winner Jose Aponte is a native from Orocovis, PR. Jose was hired in the early days of the LIHTC program as a leasing consultant and quickly moved up to executive positions that led to the creation of Preferred Compliance Solutions.

Carrie Odum, was born in Ontario, Canada and has been a resident in Florida for over 10 years. Carrie is a nationally recognized Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) and brings with her over 10 years of experience in LIHTC compliance and management.

Vice President of Asset Management

With over 14 years of industry experience, Kelly has been instrumental in growing the company's Asset Management portfolio to include many of the leading lenders and syndicators in the nation.

Mitzi Hoag is originally from Austin, TX though born in Kentucky. Mitzi brings with her over 14 years of property management experience that is inclusive of being a recipient of the GEM Award and Circle of Excellence.

Vice President of Federally Funded Programs

Paige is a Vice President of Federally Funded Programs at Preferred Compliance Solutions. Paige holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northeastern University with double specializations in Innovation and Marketing as well as COS (HUD) and STAR (Rural Development) certifications.

Jared Pratt has been a consultant for Preferred Compliance Solutions since 2009 and started in his Chief Revenue Officer role full-time in 2018.
