Andrea Christine is a Salt Lake City, Utah Native. She has spent over 12 years the Multifamily Family industry with an emphasis in Affordable Housing sector. Prior to joining the Preferred Compliance Solutions team in 2017, Andrea expanded her knowledge and skills working onsite in property management and later served as Senior Compliance Specialist at a local non-profit organization.
Passionate about serving those in need of quality and affordable housing, Andrea is an expert in compliance. In the role of Vice President of Customer Relations working closely with our partners to ensure properly delivery of services and total client satisfaction. Andrea is a nationally recognized Housing Credit Certified Professional and Certified Occupancy Specialist.
