7. Using incorrect Income Limits - not updating yearly in a timely manner
8. Not updating Utility Allowance figures annually as required
9. Exceeding Maximum Allowable Rent as a result of using incorrect AGMI or Utility Allowances
10. Failure to make the next unit available to a Housing Credit qualified household when an existing HC household's income exceeds 140% of the maximum allowable income.
