Training and Seminars
Over the years Preferred Compliance has proven that increasing training of your staff and the continuation
thereof will result in HIGHER OCCUPANCY, files are approved much faster and the risks of non-compliance
findings during an audit disappears. This is why in-house compliance training and continual education has
become our specialty.
Our pool of nationally recognized Compliance Professionals is always available to come to your staff in
order to provide them with the time and attention they need. Trainings are always adapted to your state's and
your company's interpretation, policies and procedures of the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program and are
presented as basic, intermediate, and/or advanced levels. You can further extend training by enlisting in
our On-Going services, where we review and issue corrections to files prior to the household certifying a tax
credit unit. This will allow your staff to get the continual education and attention they need.
Learning is not a
spectator sport - it is an active, not a passive,
enterprise. Accordingly, a learning
environment must invite, even
demand, the active engagement of the student.
