Online Training

Here at Preferred Compliance we think of trianing in three ways:

(1) Training of new staff, (2) Trainings that are customized and provide solutions and tools to the day-to-day compliance issues, and (3) Continual trainings that provide knowledge necessary for nationally recognized certifications and credentials. We don't offer #3 type trainings, because these normally focuss on things that are not relevant to the date-to-date compliance issues, and as a company our culture is to provide tools and solutions where most needed...the date-to-date.

Training sould also be affodable even to the newest in the industry. Preferred Compliance trianings satrt at $5.10 to $51.00...very rarely do we offder an online training that will cost more than that. This is because we want our trainings to be accessible to all in the industry and we're not looking to make a profit from training only to cover the hosting cost.

For trianing of new staff and others...those that provide solutions and tools that ensure compliance day-to-day...we strongly recomend our online courses. We started to offer these on January of 2012 and will continually be developing new courses that will be available FREE to our clients at first and at the low rates listed above to all others.

For continual trianing that provide knowledge necessary to take exam for a nationally recognized certification and credentials we recomend the Housing Credit Online Training Center.

We have searched all available on-line trainings and have found the following to provide the most comprehensive, on your own time, and cost effective type training. This is a must for any new leasing consultant or property manager, even if you have to pay for it out of your own pocket.
