Jose Aponte, native from Orocovis, PR. After residing in Spain he now lives with his twelve children and wife Jacky in a small "gentleman's ranch" in the Louisville, KY area. Jose has been honored several times as a major contributor to the advancement of the LIHTC industry. He continues to exhibit exceptional skill and enthusiasm in his management and monitoring of LIHTC compliance. Jose has adapted a motto that "No other success can compensate for failure in the home". Therefore, his passions include playing with his children and getting to know the world and its people with his wife Jacky.

David Lobsinger

David Lobsinger is originally from Michigan and has lived in Florida since 1995. As a nationally recognized Housing Credit Certified Professional, Specialist in Housing Credit Management, and through his many years of industry compliance management experience, David brings a result-oriented approach to our Asset Management Division based on teamwork, professionalism, and customer service. He has extensive experience in many affordable housing programs, including LIHTC, HOME, SAIL, Tax-Exempt Bond, Project-Based Section 8, Section 236, and Section 202. David has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Central Florida and is also a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker. David lives in the Orlando area with his wife Maggie and their three children - Grace, Gabriella, and David Jr.

Jackie DeSpirt

Jackie DeSpirt is native from South Miami Florida. She was born and has resided in Florida her entire life. As a nationally recognized Housing Credit Certified Professional, Specialist in Housing Credit Management, license realtor, and her many years of industry compliance management experience, Jackie brings to Preferred Compliance Solutions, Inc. the experience, drive, energy and desire to provide the best customer service possible, while ensuring the end result is effective and successful to each one of our clients. Together with her husband they enjoy running their Inshore Fishing Charter business out of the west coast of Florida. With her husband Erick, they are the proud parents of three beautiful children. Their family loves living the Florida life of warm weather, beautiful beaches, and great fishing.

Coqui Evergreen

Coqui Evergreen is a native from Rainforest Toro Negro, Puerto Rico. There he resided since birth until a passion for earth conservation grew on him. This passion has taking him to travel all over the world where he has helped many companies in a journey that allows them to pioneer the "Green" frontiers. Coqui has led the way at Preferred Compliance in the creation of systems and tools that have allow the company to become the first compliance consulting "Evergreen". He now telecommutes to preferredcompliance.com, with Mrs. Evergreen. Coqui spare time is enjoyed mostly in the shade, under a leaf. He loves moisture and singing in the rain.
